Research meets Practice
We also wanted to inform you about the conference ReMeP2020 from June 7th to 9th, that you might be interested in. It was founded by Vienna Legal Hackers organizer Stefan Eder and will take place for the second time after the extremely successful kick-off in 2019.
ReMeP is an international congress in the field of legal informatics with the goals of bringing science and practice together and creating a win-win situation for both sides.
Legal informatics is a borad field and is about more than just creating legal information systems: for expample, it comprises the entire field of blockchain, smart contracts, computer linguistics, document analysis and document management in the broadest sense. Thus, legal informatics also has an effect on the areas of FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech, GovTech, eJustice etc.
ReMeP has positioned itself as an event relevant to the industry. Well-known institutions and representatives see it as a trend-setting platform for their messages.
As a Legal Hackers EMEA Summit attendee you will enjoy a 20 percent discount on your ReMeP 2020 ticket. Secure your ticket directly under contact@vie-legalhackers.at.
All #remep2020 details will be available on www.remep.net soon.
